Yoga teacher Janet Lam will offer an eight-week mini course on “Happy, Healthy Yoga-Yoga for a Healthy Body, Alert Mind and Even Mood” beginning Dec. 5 at Waimea Yoga in St. James Circle.
The classes will meet weekly Wednesday mornings from 8:15-9:30 a.m. Dec. 5-Jan. 24. Participants will learn specific poses and techniques for increased energy, stress management, and relaxation. The series will consist of basic yoga poses and is open to all levels including beginners.
Students who register before Dec. 5 will receive a discounted price for the entire series.
