Paris Mano’i
Paris Pi’ilani Yolanda Pila Mano’i, 49, of Kailua-Kona, died Oct. 24, 2018. Born on Feb. 17, 1969, in Honolulu, she was a health aide for the Department of Education.
A celebration of life will be held from 2-6 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Kona Imin Center. Casual attire is requested.
She is survived by husband, Edward Mano’i II; sons, Donovan (Massiel) Solomon, Ekolu (Jasmine) Manoi’i, and Noa Manoi’i; daughters, Alyscia-Raine and Hi’ilawe Manoi’i; three grandchildren; mother, Deborah (Charles) Kimokeo; brother, Charles Pila.
Nazarene Deuibar
Nazarene “NAZ” Peter Deuibar, 59, of Ocean View, died Oct. 20, 2018, at his residence. Born in Ewa on March 10, 1959, he was a construction worker. He was a deckhand on the Tamure, worked as a stage and lighting handyman, and was a caregiver.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 24 at Kahuku Park in Ocean View. The family requests casual attire.
He is survived by his wife, Rhona Deuibar-Oili of Ocean View; sons, Wayne Oili of Hilo, Bulla (Nicolette) Lepen, II of Kohala, Likana Hose of Kaumana; daughters, Tia (Kenneth) Tagavilla of Holualoa, Lahela Glang of Wahiawa, Oahu; brothers, Cornelius (Charmaine) Caminos of Nanakuli, Oahu, Virgino Caminos of Maui, and Albert (Aileen) Caminos of Kapolei, Oahu; sisters, Corinthia (Michael) Ferreira and Judy (Herman) Medeiros of Waianae, Oahu; 14 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Hatsuno Kodani
Hatsuno “Hatchan” Kodani, 102, of Hilo, died Oct. 15, 2018, at a care home in Hilo. Born on April 8, 1916, in Kapehu, she was a retired housekeeper for Travelodge Hotel, child care services provider and member of Hilo Hooganji Mission.
Private services were held.
She is survived by sons, Raymond (Verna Dias) Kodani, Jerry Kodani and Paul Kodani of Hilo; daughter, Faye (Joel) Oie of Hilo; brother, Satoru (Janet) Wakakuwa of Honolulu; sister, Amy Spencer of Hilo; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Rose Markey
Rose Yaeko Markey, 86, of Waimea, died Oct. 27, 2018. Born Jan. 22, 1932, in Honokaa, she was retired from Punahou School where she worked and volunteered for over 25 years.
Family and friends may call at 10 a.m. Nov. 21 at Kamuela Hongwanji Mission for an 11 a.m. service. Reception immediately follows. Family requests casual attire be worn.
She is survived by daughters, Karen Markey Crawford, Krislynne (Dave) Schultz, Kelli Linda Markey; four grandchildren; sister, Kiyome Yoshimatsu; numerous nieces and nephews.
