From 4-8 p. m. this Thursday, the Under the Bodhi Tree staff will host a launch party for the plant-based restaurant’s brand new cookbook in their store at The Shops at Mauna Lani. Residents and visitors can pick up a copy and get it signed by Chef Stephen Rouelle, while enjoying light pupus, kombucha and refreshments as part of the celebration. Live music will be performed by Mikey Fiyah and the Bodhi Tree House Band.
