Hapuna home sales warrants phase 2

As a result of the strong buyer interest in the new Hapuna Beach Residences at the Mauna Kea Resort, the development just released phase two for purchase, the resort announced in a press release last week.

After less than a year, phase one of the initial 17 units is complete. All 17 residences are under reservation with a deposit.

The Hapuna Beach Residences are located right in front of the new Westin Hapuna Prince Resort, which is one of the driving forces in the sales success.

Sales for the 68 oceanfront residences began earlier this year and currently 17 are under reservation. Phase two is offering a total of 16 one-to-four bedroom residences between $1.5 and $8.5 Million.

In Hawaii, there is strong interest in the residences from Honolulu, as it is common for people in that city to have second homes on other islands.
