Gourd Design Workshop with Lou Winn and Susie Weaver
From 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, the Society for Kona’s Education &Art (SKEA), 84-5191 Mamalahoa Highway in Honaunau, South Kona, hosts a Gourd Design Workshop with instructors Lou Winn and Susie Weaver.
Tools and paints will be provided including a selection of dried gourds. You may wish to bring wood burning tools or other materials for creating unique designs on your ‘ipu.’ For more info or to register, please call 328-9392 or email skea@hawaii.rr.com Space is limited to 15.
