Police asking for help locating missing 75-year-old man

KAILUA-KONA — Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Richard Eugene Carvalho, a 75-year-old man who has been reported as missing.

Carvalho was last seen Aug. 24 in the Honokaa area, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as being about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with a slim build. He has gray and white hair and a full white beard.
