KAILUA-KONA — The Hawaii Fire Department reports that multiple brush fires are burning west of mile marker 44 on Daniel K. Inouye Highway near Pohakuloa Training Area.
No road closures are in effect at this time, however, motorists are advised to drive with caution as emergency vehicles may be in the area.

Check with the frothingly anti PTA activists who live in Puna , Waimea or Waiki’i . Maybe they know something about the origin of these fires . Fires which happen to be set when RIMPAC exercises are going on . Just a coincidence I’m sure

I have to correct myself . This was definitely Mil caused , not arson . I saw the burn myself today , deep inside PTA , not accessible from the highway . Choppers shooting off flares over the dry upland forest . Exactly who in command is responsible for that major blunder ? I mean , come on .
