The incident reportedly involved an adult female and occurred June 11 near a business off Highway 11 in the area of Lotus Blossom Lane and Prince Kuhio Boulevard, according to police.
On June 13, a 39-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of first-degree sexual assault. He was later released pending investigation.
According to police, some DNA evidence was collected in the case and sent off this week to be tested.
First-degree sexual assault is a class A felony.
Dont put the DNA evidence in the outdoor evidence cage, might get stolen by A passing mongooge!!
Round up all the Trump supporters!
I suggest we take all the liberal socialists and move them to Oceanview then all the commie rat bastards can be themselves and abuse each other. Seems to me that all the sexual abusers turn out to be liberal socialist democrats like Weinstein!
I suggest we move all conservative christian republicans to Guantanamo Bay.
We can waterboard them and abuse them like they do to immigrant children today!
People in Oceanview are in an uproar over this, because of the man’s release, for one thing. I hope that this gets sorted out soon.
