Beginner’s Yoga will be led by Kiyomi Falcon, RYT, LMT, from 4-5 p.m. tomorrow. Yoga has both preventive and therapeutic benefits. It increases body awareness, relieves chronic stress patterns and muscle strain, relaxes mind and body, centers attention, sharpens concentration and frees the spirit. Kiyomi also incorporates meditation practice into this class.
Family Science Night at Earl’s Garage will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. this Friday. Family members of all ages are guided in an opportunity to work together and spend time exploring hands-on activities. Broken Brain facilitated by Sharon Petrosky will be held from 3-4:30 p.m. this Saturday. Are autism and ADHD just names we give to people with a list of similar symptoms?
