For some, the aging process may include Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other diseases that affect the brain. To help residents be prepared for the possibility of cognitive decline, Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) is sponsoring “Proactive Planning for Incapacity.”
The free educational seminar will be presented by John Roth, an attorney and founder of the Hawaii Trust & Estate Counsel, and Karyn Clay, president of Ho’oNani Adult Care Services, from 9:30–11:30 a.m. this Saturday at North Hawaii Education & Resource Center (NHERC) in Honokaa. Seating is limited.
