Anita Lancaster
Anita Leilani Lancaster, 76, of Keaau, died on May 14, 2018, at Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Maunaloa, Molokai, and was a retired registered nurse with the Life Care Center of Hilo and a member of the Waikahe Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Friends may call 6-9 p.m. on June 6 for a visitation at the Dodo Mortuary chapel. Friends may also call 8:30-10 a.m. on June 7 at the Hilo Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for a 10:30 a.m. funeral service. Burial will follow at the Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire, no flowers.
She is survived by husband, Alexander Lancaster of Keaau; sons, Francisco (Allison) Abadilla and Faustino (Tawnya Weber) Abadilla, all of Hilo, Phillip (Jean) Abadilla of Pahoa, George (Gwendolyn) Abadilla of Volcano, Sam (Tanya) Abadilla of Oregon, and Nephi (Denise Cuevas) Abadilla Lancaster of Keaau; daughter, Samantha (James) Thomas of Hilo; step-daughters, Doreen (Wayne) Millare and Naomi Lancaster Wakuta, both of Kauai; step-sons, Bernard Lancaster of Kauai and Michael Lancaster of Pahoa; brother, Raymond (Christy) Sambueno Jr. of Molokai; sisters, Maria Wallet and Rosita Joyce and Caroline (Edwin) Coloma, all of Keaau, and Dorothy Woods of Kona; 58 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Violet Lee
Violet “Fatty” Acedillo Lee, 89 of Honolulu died April 19, 2018, in Honolulu. She was born in Niulii, North Kohala.
A celebration of life will be held 5 p.m. June 6 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary; service at 6 p.m. No flowers. Blue aloha attire is requested.
She is survived by daughters, Carrie Acedillo Wong, Adelina Baijo Pale and Margery Macadangdang; sons, predeceased-Clarence (Sandra) Baijo and Anthony (LuAnne) Macadangdang; brother, Walter Rickard Jr.; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Patricia Bautista
Patricia Namnama Bautista, 88 of Keaau, died May 15, 2018, at her residence. Born Nov. 8, 1930, in the Philippines, she was a retired macadamia nut picker for Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Co. and a member of the New Hope (Filipino Ministry).
Friends may call 5-9 p.m. June 7 at Dodo Mortuary chapel; 6:30 p.m. service. Casual attire and flowers are welcomed. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. June 8 at Homelani Memorial Park (Ilima Section).
She is survived by sons, Erdinio (Felicitas) Bautista, Silverio (Maria Salve) Bautista, Samuel (Pacita) Bautista, Irenio (Hilda) Bautista, Larry (Anna Grace) Bautista and Elmer (Margie) Bautista all of Keaau, Severino (Lourdes) Bautista and Juanito (Josephine) Bautista of Honolulu; daughter, Delia (Manuel Sr.) Prado of Keaau; 29 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sisters, Maria Batacan of Philippines and Juliana Duyao of Keaau; brothers, Rizalino Namnama and Liborio Namnama of Keaau, Bernardo Namnama of Oahu; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Noboru Nagashima
Noboru Nagashima, 94, of Hilo died April 27, 2018, at his residence. Born Jan. 1, 1924 in Paia, Maui, he was an avid fisherman and a member of the 442nd combat infantry regiment who was a Purple Heart recipent.
Private services were held.
He is survived by sons, Jason (Olivia) Nagashima of Kailua, Oahu, Leslie (Amy) Nagashima of Kapaa, Kauai; daughter, Jan (Marc) Lau of Hilo; grandchildren, Nicole, Reno, Justin, Shawn, Luke; and five great-grandchildren.

Eve Hirano
Eve Aiko Hirano, 90, of Hilo died April 15, 2018, at Hilo Medical Center. Born April 7, 1928, she was a retired meat wrapper for Food Fair Supermarket.

She is survived by husband, Mitsuru Hirano; daughter, Evelyn Keli’i; sister in-law, Fumiko Ogasawara; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
