Hawaii Water Service has established a scholarship program for students residing within its service areas who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice. Enrollment for this year’s program is open now through July 1.

To be eligible, the applicant’s parents or guardians must live in Waikoloa or Kukio. If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award from $1,000 to $10,000. Although the awards are not renewable, students can reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. Awards are for undergraduate study only.
