The sixth annual Culinary Arts Program at Hawaii Community College — Palamanui benefit will begin at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Kings’ Shops at Waikoloa Resort. The culinary extravaganza features premiere local chefs and their cuisine, entertainment and a silent auction to benefit the ACF “Chef & Child” nutrition program.
The sixth annual Culinary Arts Program at Hawaii Community College — Palamanui benefit will begin at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Kings’ Shops at Waikoloa Resort. The culinary extravaganza features premiere local chefs and their cuisine, entertainment and a silent auction to benefit the ACF “Chef & Child” nutrition program.
This year’s participants are Lava Lava Beach Club; Sansei Seafood, Steakhouse & Sushi Bar; Roy’s Waikoloa Bar & Grill; Mai Grille at Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf; The Koa Table; A-Bay’s Island Grill; Daylight Mind Coffee Company; Hawaiian Ola; Ola Brew Company; and Kona Wine Market.
Hawaii Community College Palamanui Culinary Arts Program students will host the dessert station, while Konawaena High School Culinary Arts Program students man the lemonade stand.
Tickets are $45 per person in advance or $50 at the door.
