Three sessions will follow Feb. 7, 21 and 28 to learn about the elements and benefits of a plant-strong diet, with menus and cooking tips to help successfully transition. Chef Stephen Rouelle from Under the Bodhi Tree restaurant will prepare flavorful cuisine.
The intro class is free, $50 for the following three classes. Sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, health insurance members are welcome; one family member or support person permitted. Participants must attend all four sessions. Pre-registration is required.
