Kona’s first new year baby born

Ryder William Myers was born at 9:43 p.m. to proud parents Kirsten Woolsey and Jesse Myers at Kona Community Hospital in Kealakekua. The baby boy weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 20.5 inches in length, said Judy Donovan, hospital spokeswoman
