The organization is a place people can turn for objective, unbiased information on a range of services and support options available to help live a safe and healthy life. Come “talk story” to learn about how the ADRC might be helpful to you.
Ancient Yoga with Deanna Olivier will meet from 11 a.m.-noon Wednesday and Nov. 22. This practice includes physical, mental and spiritual discipline for developing awareness, character and consciousness. It is an integrated system of exercise, breath control and meditation that combines yoga postures with breathing techniques for a vigorous workout. Bring water, a yoga mat if possible and a towel.
