The Legacy Dinner Series will kick off Nov. 25 on Mauna Kea Beach Hotel’s North Pointe Lawn. Proceeds from this and future series events will help fund a culinary or hospitality scholarship administered by the University of Hawaii Foundation.
The inaugural event will include a reception and three-course dinner highlighting island farms and ranchers. Each course will be prepared by Mauna Kea Resort chefs and paired with wines. A reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner following. The second Legacy Dinner Series is scheduled for March.
