The top story is the morning sun came up over Hualalai, flooding all of Kona with shining light. The Heavens shimmered with gold.
Twenty green parrots cackled and flew down the mountain causing local residents to look up and smile.
Things were great all over.
No traffic was reported and everything was perfectly fine from Kona to Hilo — and all points inbetween.
In the world nothing much happened.
Politicians, police and criminals and all bosses everywhere took the day off.
Big news just in, everyone in the country got the day off. It was decised that too much was beingdone so they gave everyone a rest for the day.
All bills were declared paid in full. Income tax was considered to be eliminated along with all rent and mortgages.
In other toop stories, a birthday party for Lani Aloha Nui was a success with enough cake and ice cream for everyone. Local supermarkets gave out free food and newspapers promised to print pleasant news only.
In sports, every team that played won the game, every bowler bowled 300 and every golfer forthe day hit a hole in one.
Everything was perfect, Perfection made a comeback it had been away too long. The months from January to December were declared easy-living months.
Aloha was rampant all over, no one anywhere did anything bad to anyone.
Husbands did everything their wives told them to do, with a smile. Pigs flew and were sightedflying everywhere.
All this week not one rooster crowed, no power mowers started up on Sunday morning, all was quiet until 10 o’clock.
The music scene is taking a positive turn. A new rock and roll song came out, “Good To TheBone.” and the Stones released a new track, “I Can Get Satisfaction.”
More aloha is being shown everywhere and according to reliable sources will continue getting stronger every day.
Everything in Hawaii starts out perfect and just gets better.
And it is true that Hawaii is protected and a peacefulness covers the land.
