Registration opens for annual Bieni Kohler-Johnson Fun Run & Dog Walk
Online registration is now available for the 7th annual Bieni Kohler-Johnson event. Runners, walkers, families, and friendly canines are invited to participate. The walk/run will kick off at 9 a.m. Sept. 24 on Hawaii Preparatory Academy’s upper campus.
Registering early online is encouraged, and guarantees a race t-shirt. Fees increase as race day approaches. The event includes light refreshments after the race and medals for the top three finishers in each age division.
The event was established in memory of Bieni Kohler-Johnson, a 1983 HPA graduate, who passed away after a valiant battle with cancer in 2009. Proceeds benefit HPA’s Bieni Kohler-Johnson ‘83 Memorial Scholarship Fund.
