Harriet Mamone

Harriet Ailau Mamone, 70, of Hilo, died June 20, 2017, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, she was a homemaker, self-employed at Hilo-Kona Carpets, volunteer at Hilo Moose Lodge, member of the Kamauloa O Ka Malamalama Church in Kurtistown and Panaewa Senior club, and president of the Participant Council at Hawaii Island Adult Care.

Friends may call at 8:30 a.m. on July 22, 2017, at Panaewa Park in Hilo for a 10:30 a.m. service. The family requests casual attire be worn and that flowers be omitted.

She is survived by sons, Sergio (Kalei) Mamone and Christopher (Naomi) Mamone, both of Hilo; hanai son, Michael Pakani, of Hilo; hanai daughter, Marie Puahala, of Kona; daughters, Haliaka (Eric) Moller, Gina Mamone-DeMotta, Angie Mamone, Rosanna Mamone and Pina Mamone-Miner, all of Hilo; brothers, Joseph Kailikini, Robert (Cindy) Kealoha, Gibson Napoleon, Gary (Kuulei) Napoleon, Cedric Kailikini, all of Hilo, Joseph (Tammy) Kealoha, of Waimea, Kevin Kailikini, of Illinois, and Gilbert Kealoha, of Pahoa; sisters, Addie Miday, of Pahoa, Rose (Ray) Robinson, of Hilo, Delphine Kealoha, of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Ettatani Kailikini, of Maui; 22 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Kalani Osorio

Kalani Thomas Milimili “Roobs” Osorio, 31, of Hilo, died July 10, 2017, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a cook with Liko Lehua and member of the Haili Volleyball Tournament Committee.

Friends may call at 9 a.m. on July 22, 2017, at the Haili Congregational Church for an 11 a.m. service. The family requests casual attire and, if possible, that red colored clothing be worn to the services. Flowers should be omitted.

He is survived by parents, David and Sweetie Osorio, of Hilo; brother, Kawika Osorio, of Hilo; paternal grandfather, Elroy Osorio Sr., of Hilo; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

David Brown

David Eugene Brown, 72, of Kailua-Kona, died July 9, 2017, in Kailua-Kona. Born June 22, 1945, in Indianapolis, he was a U.S. Army veteran and worked as a manager of a poultry plant.

Friends may call at noon on July 24, 2017, at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery for a memorial service with military honors.

He is survived by spouse, Memina; sons, Tim Brown and Tommy (Karey) Brown, both of Hilo, and Arnold Ragasajo, of Kailua-Kona; brother, Bill (Jan) Brown, of Indianapolis; sisters, Patty Jackson and Phyllis (Roger) Harrell, both of Indianapolis, and Wilma (Eddie) Driggers of Dada City, Florida; step-mother Frances Carroll, of Indianapolis; four grandchildre; and one great-grandchild.

Timothy Law

Timothy Patrick Narita Law, 63, of Pahoa, died July 7, 2017, at his home. He was born June 25, 1954, in Gardena, California.

He is survived by wife, Susan Narita Law; mother, Patricia Law; son, Nalu Law; daughter, Jasmine Keeney-Law; brother John Barrett; two grandchildren; one stepson; two uncles; one aunt; several cousins and numerous hanai sons and daughters.

Judith Louise Shoham, 69, of Holualoa, died June 30, 2017, at the Kona Community Hospital. Born Nov. 17, 1947, in Ft. Dodge, Iowa, she was a concierge for Wyndham Resorts.

She is survived by son, Adam (Ashley) Shoham, of Greeley, Colorado; daughter, Stacie (Michael Thomas) Shoham, of Holualoa; brothers, Michael Mitchell and Louis (Alice) Mitchell, both of Colorado, and Robert Mitchell of Iowa; sisters, Thelma (Harold) McGough, of Ft. Dodge, Iowa, and Louise (Michael) Berg of Los Gatos, California; three grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
