Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 28-year-old Kailua-Kona man who is wanted on outstanding warrants.

Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 28-year-old Kailua-Kona man who is wanted on outstanding warrants.

Anatoliy Y. Borisov is described as being 5-foot-6, about 155 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Borisov is known to do construction and tile work.

He is wanted for numerous bench warrants and is also being sought for questioning in several ongoing investigations.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
