Clark Fischer

Clark William Fischer, 79, of Kailua-Kona, died April 28, 2017 at his residence. Born July 6, 1937, in Los Angeles, he was a retired foreman for Southern Pacific Railroad in California, a private pilot, professional skydiver and member SCR #18 of the World’s First Ten Man Star.

Private service held. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Hospice of Kona, P.O. Box 4130, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96745.

He is survived by wife, Deborah Fischer of Kailua-Kona; daughters, Connie (Duane) Grumling, Terresa (Mike) Boyer, Dina (Jim) Madden all of Bakersfield, Calif.; seven grandchildren.

Sharon Ikeda

Sharon Shizuko Ikeda, 66, of Honalo died April 25, 2017, at the Kona Community Hospital. Born Aug. 9, 1950, in Honokaa, she retired as secretary for the Hawaii State Department of Health in Kealakekua and a member of Hiroshima Kenjin Kai.

Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. May 13 at Daifukuji Soto Mission in Honalo, Hawaii for a 2 p.m. memorial service. The family requests casual attire and flowers are welcome.

She is survived by husband, Warren Ikeda of Honalo; sons, James (Lesley) Ikeda of Hilo, and Jason (Duangvan) Ikeda of Okinawa; daughters, Dawn Ikeda of Honolulu, and Dena Weightman of Kailua-Kona; four grandchildren.

Robert Enos, Sr.

Mr. Robert Wayne Enos, Sr., 62, of Ocean View, died April 27, 2017, at his residence. Born Feb. 17, 1955, in Kaneohe, Oahu, he was the caretaker for Manuka State Park.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. May 13 at Manuka State Park on Mamalahoa Highway just before Ocean View. The family requests casual attire.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Enos of Ocean View; son, Robert Enos, Jr., of Ocean View; daughters, Theresa Enos of Portland, Ore. Rosielani Enos of Willow, Alaska, and Renee Enos of San Antonio; brother, Mike (Nancy) Enos of Aiea, Oahu; sisters, Kehaulani (Gary) Fox of Alberta, Canada, and Joyle (Steve) Goldberg of Las Vegas; one grandchild; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
