Arthur Weyh Jr.
Arthur Edward Weyh Jr., 70, of Kailua-Kona died Jan. 26, 2017, at his residence. Born Sept. 17, 1946, in Seattle, he was a farmer and an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by nephews and nieces.

Aiko Fukunaga
Aiko Fukunaga, 94, of Pahala died Jan. 27, 2017, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Pahala, she was retired from Ka’u Agribusiness, an RSVP volunteer, and member of Pahala Hongwanji Mission and Pahala Senior Center.
Private services were held. Family requests no monetary gifts or flowers.
She is survived by husband, Takamari Fukunaga of Pahala; sons, Alvin (Jackie) Fukunaga of North Little Rock, Ark., Allen Fukunaga of Canyon Country, Calif.; daughter, Elaine Kamakura of Simi Valley, Calif.; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Roger Cotting
Roger Bruce Cotting, 86, of Kailua-Kona died Jan. 23, 2017, at his residence. Born Jan. 9, 1931, in Cleveland, he was an architect, philosopher, author and teacher. He was the founder and member of Forever Living Theodora Foundation and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Misty Mistler of Kailua-Kona; sons, Stephen (Lee) Cotting of Anchorage, Alaska, Erik (Laura) Cotting of Waterloo, Wis., and Glenn (Roxanne) Cotting of Seattle; brother, Carlton (Marion) Cotting of Vienna, Va.; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two nephews.

Yasuo Matsumura
Yasuo Matsumura, 96, of Hilo died Jan. 7, 2017, at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Hilo, he was a retired poultry and anthurium farmer and owner of the former Matsumura Poultry Farm, a World War II Army veteran and member of Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin and Waiakea Camp 6 Kumiai.
Private services were held. Family requests no monetary gifts or flowers.
He is survived by caregiver/niece, Jean Maeda of Hilo; brother, Yoshimi Matsumura of Hiroshima, Japan; sister, Tsuyuko Hasegawa of Ewa Beach, Oahu; numerous nieces and nephews.
