Hawaii Island police have located 26-year-old Kelli Colan, who was wanted for questioning in a case involving a rental car that was not returned.
Hawaii Island police have located 26-year-old Kelli Colan, who was wanted for questioning in a case involving a rental car that was not returned.
She was found Monday in Hilo.
Police are still looking for 33-year-old Jorge A. Pagan-Torres for questioning in that case. He is described as 5-foot-9, 160 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He is also wanted on bench warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.
