It was like stepping into a time machine Saturday night at Lanihau Center as the Echo City Knockouts Roller Derby Team, partnering with Ihop, held a ‘50’s-style Car Hop.
Guests parked alongside classic cars and ordered burgers, fries and milkshakes which were delivered by the roller skating team members.
The event was a benefit for the local food basket.
