Hawaii Island police are searching for a 22-year-old Kailua-Kona woman who was reported missing.
Jessica Tsibulski was last seen in Kailua-Kona on Oct. 9.
She is described as a 5-foot-5, 100 pounds with blond hair, blue eyes and tattoos on both sides of her torso.
Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
