Renowned Hawaii photographer and biologist Jack Jeffrey shares personal stories and amazing photos of native island birds in their hard-to-reach habits during two presentations early next week.
Jeffrey will present “The Joys — and Challenges — of Native Bird Photography in Hawaii” from 7-8:30 p.m. Monday and from 3-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Lyman Museum in Hilo.
The presentation is free for museum members; $3 for nonmembers.
