Police search for alleged probation violator

Police are searching for a woman wanted for contempt of court and violating terms of probation.

Cristinalynn Kainani Wakita, 20, Hilo, is also wanted for questioning in connection with three theft cases.

She is described as 5-foot-4, 117 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or contact Detective Robert Almeida at 961-2386 or robert.almeida@hawaiicounty.gov.
