A two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Mauna Lani Drive and Queen Kaahumanu Highway in South Kohala resulted in minor injuries for one person Monday morning. A loaded tractor-trailer was headed south when another vehicle turned left toward Mauna Lani Drive in front of it, police said. The vehicles collided at 10:38 a.m., causing the semi to overturn.
