Blasting both sides

Nice touch, WHT, placing the Rex Huppke / Chicago Tribune column and the Kevin Siers’ Clinton graphic right next to each other.

I’m one of the vast American majority in the center, who believe, Trump or Clinton, heck no, neither one. That brings me to the point. Who does Rex Huppke believe is running the left, old white men and women and at least just as vicious and self-serving.

I can’t help it to complete Rex’s last sentence: “But if a lifeline comes along when you’re drowning, you shouldn’t care too much about who’s on the other end,” unless the Medusa’s on that other end.

Here’s a novel idea

This morning’s paper had an article about a state budget surplus. It also mentioned that state employees want a raise in pay because of the extra money. How about giving it back to all the taxpayers who originally overpaid the money? Give it back proportionally to what you paid the state instead of giving it to employees.
