Meet famed Disney artist James Coleman from 1-5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in Waikoloa.
The American painter’s name is synonymous with sweeping skies, tropical rain forests, rich deep woods and silent deserts. While at Disney, he worked on 12 films and over 30 short subjects, which included “Mickey’s Christmas Carol,” “The Fox and the Hound,” “The Great Mouse Detective,” “The Little Mermaid,” and Academy Award-winning, “Beauty and the Beast,” according to Collectors Editions, the official licensee of The Walt Disney Co. and global publisher of Disney Fine Art.
He will be at the Genesis Galleries in Queens’ MarketPlace on Tuesday and Genesis Galleries in Kings’ Shops on Wednesday.
