Adelina Shigaki
Adelina “Nina” Kaleihanohano Bailado Shigaki, 78, of Paauilo died Aug. 13, 2016, at home. Born June 11, 1938, in Kalopa, she was a retired sales clerk for the Waikoloa Beach golf course, a former sales clerk for Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and a former bus driver.
Friends may call at 5 p.m. Aug. 24 at Dodo Mortuary chapel, Hilo for a 6 p.m. service. Casual attire and no flowers.
She is survived by sons, Ira (Marilyn) Shigaki of Paauilo, Ivan Shigaki of Honolulu, Oahu; daughter, Heidi Shigaki of Las Vegas; sisters, Rose Eugenio of Maui, Dorothy Leong of Honolulu, Cecelia (Harry) Plekavic of Chicago; brothers, Cris (Lorraine) Bailado of Hilo, Joe Keomalu of Honolulu; three grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Antonio Helliangao
Antonio “Tony” Helliangao, 80, of Hilo died Aug. 9, 2016, at Hilo Medical Center. Born June 27, 1936, in Ka’u, he was a retired equipment operator for the County Public Works – Highway Maintenance Division, a U.S. Army veteran and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo.
Private services will be held at a later date.
He is survived by wife, Evelyn Helliangao; sons, Kevin (Shanna Kamanu) Helliangao, Grant (Leslie) Helliangao and Nicolas Helliangao; daughter, Lureen (Michael) Komoda; brother, Albert (Itoe) Helliangao; sisters, Patsy Asejo and Beatrice (Gilbert) Ganzagan; six grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
