“Better Choices Better Health,” a six-week workshop for people living with any on-going health problem or chronic disease, will be held weekly Aug. 26-Sept. 30 at North Hawaii Education and Research Center in Honokaa.

From 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m​., participants will learn practical skills for living a healthy life despite a health condition.

This free program has been made possible through Older Americans Act Title III funding from the Hawaii State Executive Office on Aging and the Hawaii County Office of Aging. The workshop was developed and tested by Stanford University.
