Tulsi in Your Town meeting set for today

KAILUA-KONA — Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard will be in Kona today hosting a “Tulsi in Your Town” meeting to engage in discussions with constituents, assist with federal agency casework and talk over her priorities for the rest of the 2016.

The meeting will be held at Daylight Mind Cafe, located at 75-5770 Alii Drive, at 11 a.m. All residents are welcome to attend.

Gabbard will also visit Hulihee Palace to tour the historic grounds in recognition of National Museum Week. She plans to meet with small business owners at the Kailua-Kona Farmer’s Market prior to the meeting at Daylight Mind Cafe.

The Congresswoman’s visit to Kona is part of a three-day trip across the islands, which also includes events on Kauai and Oahu.
