Takumi “Bobby” Tamaki, 68, of Hawaiian Beaches died July 23, 2016, at home. Born Oct. 18, 1947, in Naha, Okinawa, he was a supervisor for the former S.L. Farms.

He is survived by wife, Sharon Tamaki of Hawaiian Beaches; daughter, Mika (Jack) Evans of Hawaiian Beaches; son, Takumi (Melanie) Tamaki of Hawaiian Beaches; sisters, Mutsuyo Tamaki of Okinawa, Kaori Tamaki, both of Okinawa; brothers, Satoshi Tamaki of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Atsushi Tamaki of Okinawa; four grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Norma Licoan, 67, of Waikoloa and Ookala died July 12, 2016, at Kohala Hospital. Born April 10, 1949, in Ookala, she was a retired clerk for the state of county Highway Division.

She is survived by mother, Pacita Licoan of Ookala; sister, Amelia (Russell) Haslam of Papaaloa; brothers, Reynaldo (Myrtle) Licoan of Hilo, Rogelio Licoan, Anthony Licoan, Virgelio (Lynn) Licoan and Alvin (Susan) Licoan of all from Ookala; numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, uncles and aunts; numerous grandnieces, grandnephews and one great-grandniece.
