Coqui Free Waimea is 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday with C.J. Davis. All community members are encouraged to attend this introductory meeting and update for the Coqui Free Waimea Program. The discussion will include strategies to prevent coqui colonies from establishing and how to all work together to keep the coqui frogs in Waimea at bay. Coqui-Free Waimea is an all-volunteer coalition dedicated to educating the community on ways to control the spread and infestation of these pests by learning ways to catch and/or spray for them.

Mama-Fit Club is 9-10 a.m. Wednesday. Join this video workout appropriate for all levels of fitness. Keiki can play throughout. The class is open to all women. Wear comfortable clothes and exercise shoes. Bring water, a towel, yoga mat and light weights or resistance bands.

Breast Feeding Support is 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday facilitated by Shanel Stephens. Breastfeeding and expectant mothers are encouraged to attend this monthly meet-up for mother-to-mother support. Meetings are topical discussion format and keiki-friendly. The group intention is to support, encourage, share information, education and experience to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of babies, moms and families.

Basic Estate Planning Documents is 5-6 p.m. Thursday with John G. Roth, local estate planning attorney. Estate planning is the process of putting together a plan, which allows someone to manage your assets and carry out your wishes in the event of your incapacity or death. Roth will be joined by Katherine Werner, executive director of North Hawaii Hospice, who will assist in reviewing basic documents, explain what the hospice does and answer questions.
