Correction: Judge ruling report incorrect

Editor’s note: A front page story printed today and posted online about Judge Melvin Fujino’s ruling on a dispute between neighbors over ocean views was incorrect and taken down from the website. The judge did not rule in favor of the defendants. The erroneous report was based on an incorrect court file and a corrected story will appear later.
