Hawaii Island police are searching for a 55-year-old Hilo man who was reported missing.

Ephraim Bergau was last seen in Hilo on Monday morning, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He has medical conditions that require medication.

He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with brown eyes, a beard and balding salt-and-pepper hair. He was last seen in a black wheelchair wearing a black shirt and gray surf shorts.
