Over spring break, award-winning magicians Bruce and Jennifer Meyers will offer a four-day Magic Camp in Honokaa and Hilo for future wizards age 6 and up.

Over spring break, award-winning magicians Bruce and Jennifer Meyers will offer a four-day Magic Camp in Honokaa and Hilo for future wizards age 6 and up.

In Honokaa, Magic Camp is a joint project of Meyers, Hamakua Youth Center and the Peace Committee of Honokaa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple. The camp is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 16-19 in the temple’s social hall and Hamakua Youth Center.

In Hilo, the Palace Theatre hosts Magic Camp from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 21-23.

Magic students will be taught multiple new tricks every day, including how to make things appear and disappear, levitate, switch places. And, they will build their own magic kit to take home and astound their friends.
