Police are searching for James Matthew Westbrook, 51, of Kailua-Kona, who is wanted on a warrant alleging bail jumping and for questioning in an abuse case.
He is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-8, 170 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
