Janae Mills
Janae Ann Mills, 45, of Pahoa, died on Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at Hilo Medical Center. She was born on May 31, 1970, in Washington. She was a home health nurse and member of the Kona Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Private services will be held at a later date.
She is survived by three daughters; four grandchildren.

Tomoe Akao
Tomoe Akao, 98, of Hilo, and formerly of Pahala, died Feb. 25, 2016, at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Kalaoa, Papaikou, she was a homemaker and member of Hilo Meishoin and Pahala Senior Citizens Club.
Private services were held. Family requests no monetary gifts or flowers.
She is survived by daughters, Mary Ann Akao of Honolulu, Norma Edwin of Pohnpei, Micronesia, Helen (Clyde) Kobayashi of Hilo; brother, Mitsuru Sato of Honolulu; sister, Thelma Doi of Hanapepe, Kauai; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert Milani
Dr. Robert (Bob) John Milani passed away in Grass Valley, Calif., on Feb. 25, 2016, at the age of 87.
Born Sept. 10, 1928, in San Francisco, he attended Stanford University where he earned a BS degree in biology at age 20 and a medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis. In 1959, Bob moved his family to the Yuba-Suetter area to join the Marysville Medical Clinic where he practiced medicine for 44 years. He and his wife, Cynthia, divided time between Grass Valley and Kona.
Private services will be held in Grass Valley and Kona.
He is survived by wife, Cynthia; children, Debra (Stuart), Nancy (Jim), Robert Jr. (Pamela), Richard, Jeff (Carol) and Greg; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Kalahiki Talley
Mrs. Kalahiki Elizabeth Talley, 80, of Kailua-Kona, died Feb. 25, 2016, at her residence. Born in Honolulu on May 4 1935, she was a Tahitian dancer at the Queen Surf. She was also a cocktail waitress and bartender at the Ranch House in Aina Haina and various others places around Kailua, Oahu. She was a tahitian dancer for Puka Puka Otea at Queen Surf, the Kodak Hula Show, and the International Marketplace in Waikiki. She was an alumni of Kamehameha School class of 1953, and a member of the Bushwachers Golf Club.
No services will be held.
She is survived by her son, Billy Talley, III, of Kailua-Kona; grandson, Keoni Blankenship of Kailua-Kona; brother, Limaloa (Willie) Chung of Kailua, Oahu; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Buckskin Shaw
Buckskin T. Shaw, a.k.a, Jerome Timothy Shaw, 73 of Hilo, passed away peacefully Feb. 13, 2016 at Hilo Medical Center. Buckskin was born on Nov. 4, 1942, in Toledo, Ohio.
No services will be held.
He is survived by his sisters Joyanna Lynne Shaw of California and Gail (Dennis) Parker of California and one niece.

Jimmy Cuellar
Jimmy “Kimo” John Cuellar, 50, of Pahoa, passed away Feb. 19, 2016, at his Pahoa residence. He was born in California on May 15, 1965. He was a member of Koa Puna Motorcycle Club.
Services will be held in California.
He is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Cuellar of Stanton, Calif., Jorgette Cuellar and Jade Cuellar of Apple Valley, Calif.; father, Jack Cuellar of Alta Loma, Calif.; mother, Mercy Leon of Pahoa; brother, Jack (Davelynn) Cuellar Jr. of Pahoa; two sisters, Joanne (Lloyd) Enriquez and Natalie Martinez, both of Pahoa.
Claude Brazier
Claude Neil Brazier, 82, of Keaau, passed away on Feb. 18, 2016, at Pohai Malama. He was born in East Alton, Ill., on June 24, 1933. He was a retired professor of business at the Hawaii Community College and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by spouse Marji Brazier of Keaau; two daughters, Kristi (Dennis) Pogue of Oklahoma City and Vicki Brazier of Hilo.
Prescott Kawailima
Prescott “Scott” Keala Kawailima, 63, of Keaukaha, passed away Feb. 21, 2016. Prescott was born on Jan. 10, 1953, in Oahu. He worked as a cement mason and a self-employed commercial fisherman.

He is survived by his spouse Bernadette Kawailima of Hilo; son Keawe “Moku” Kawailima of Hilo; daughters Rena (Dan Sr.) Ahuna of Keaukaha, Sarah “Kalae” Kawailima of Nanakuli, Hi’iaka (Isaac) Kaohe of Hilo, Juanita Kawailima of Hilo; three brother and three sisters; 20 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws.
