Kamehameha’s Brandyn Lee-Lehano, Keaau’s Keian Kanetani, Konawaena’s Kolu Atani and Waiakea’s David Nakamura and Reese Mondina all turned in solid outings on the mound.

Brandyn Lee-Lehano pitched a three-hitter with six strikeouts in a five-inning TKO game for the Warriors (2-0) at home.

DallasJ Duarte, Jai Cabatbat, Kyran Kai, and Kobie Kinzie each had two hits while Daylen Calicdan, Cabatbat, and Lee-Lehano had two RBIs each.

Markus Degrate batted 2 for 2 for the Waveriders (1-2).

Tupu Toafili pitched 2 2/3 innings in the loss. K.T. Abraham went the final two innings before the Warriors pushed across the 10th run.

David Nakamura and Reese Mondina combined on a five-hitter and Nate Minami batted 2 for 3 and scored two runs as the host Warriors improved to 3-0.

Nakamura pitched four innings, gave up three hits and a walk and whiffed seven for the win. Mondina went the final three innings, allowed two hits, a walk and struck out four.

Dreg’n Roque-Lewis went the distance in the loss.

Kaimi Hook batted 2 for 2 to lead the Cowboys (1-2).

Kolu Alani struck out three in a five-inning complete game and Tyler Kitaoka drove in four runs as the visiting Wildcats (2-0) beat the Daggers for the second time this season.

Kitaoka finished 3 for 4 and scored three runs, which was all the production Alani needed.

Pahoa coach Scott Salfen was impressed with the play of Kitaoka, saying, “He really has a field presece out there.”

Zach Knoll took the loss for Pahoa (0-3), which comitted seven errors, while Joaquin Ridgway drove in both of his team’s runs.
