Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s help locating a 64-year-old Puna man who was reporting missing. He was last seen about 7 a.m. Monday in Orchidland Estates in Puna.

Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s help locating a 64-year-old Puna man who was reporting missing. He was last seen about 7 a.m. Monday in Orchidland Estates in Puna.

Wayne Uglum is in need of medication, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as Caucasian, about 6 feet tall, weighing 160 pounds with a slim build. He had brown hair, blue eyes, a beard and a mustache.

Police say Uglum may be in the Kona area.

Anyone with information on Uglum’s whereabouts should call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
