West Hawaii Dance Theatre and Academy will hold a “Hip Hop with Zulu Maniacs” workshop from 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday in Kailua-Kona.

Zulu Dance is a hip hop dance program taught by Crystal Castillo and Spidey, both of whom are devoted to enriching the lives of children through dance. Hip hop choreography, breakdance, and the history of hip hop are taught to boys and girls ages 6 to 15 years old. Fun choreography, special dance games, and uplifting music is used to cultivate every child’s confidence. Cost is $15.

West Hawaii Dance Theatre and Academy is located at 74-5626 Alapa St. in Kona’s Old Industrial Area.
