“Ohrlando” will present a bouquet of Triosonatas by Dietrich Buxtehude, Johann Sebastian Bach, Johann Joachim Quantz, Georg Philipp Telemann and a Concert Royal by Francois Couperin during three upcoming afternoon concerts.

The program, dedicated to Baroque Musique, will include a Viola da Gamba for the first time. This typical string instrument provides an authentic sound for this kind of music. The ensemble welcomes Esha Neogy from Oahu/United Kingdom for the performances.

Garrett Webb, founder of “Early Music Hawaii,” will play recorders; Roland Maurer will play oboe, oboe d’amore and the bassoon; Maurer’s wife, Ursula, will complete the group playing the harpsichord.

The first concert is 6 p.m. Thursday at Kahilu Theatre in Waimea followed by a 5 p.m. concert Feb. 20 at Christ Church Episcopal’s Queen Emma Center. The final concert will be held at 4 p.m. Feb. 21 at a private Kona residence. Admission is free, however, a $15 donation is requested.
