Fresh off opening for UB40 last weekend in Hilo, Anuhea will headline a pair of intimate, star-studded Valentine’s shows titled “Aloha Always” this weekend. Anuhea released a CD titled “Shoulders” last Friday.
The first show by the Maui-born songstress, who now lives in Kona, will be at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel Luau Grounds, the second is at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Poly Room in the Hilo Naniloa Hotel. On the bill are Kimie Miner, Justin Youn and Paula Fuga.
Doors open both nights an hour before show time, and tickets start at $35.
