Hawaii Wildlife Fund’s Megan Lamson will discuss marine debris and the organization’s removal and prevention work on Hawaii Island that has been taking place since 2003 at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Kailua-Kona Public Library.
Lamson is a marine biologist who has been working and volunteering with HWF since 2008 and is currently the program director for the Big Island. During the presentation, attendees will learn more about how they can reduce marine debris and threats to native wildlife.
