The Shops at Mauna Lani donated $6,000 to the Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii Island last week, when General Manager Michael Oh presented the check to VASH President Rachelle Hennings and Executive Director Karen Rose.

VASH was the beneficiary of November’s Annual “Uncorked” Food &Wine Festival at The Shops. The sold-out event featured food tasting from area reastaurants.

Earlier in the year, the sixth annual Taste of Mauna Lani month-long restaurant promotion, the “Taste of Spring Fashion” show at Tommy Bahama Restaurant and other projects and donations raised an additional $6,000. In total, The Shops supported VASH, the Hawaii Island Food Basket and other valued community organizations with a total contribution of over $12,000 in 2015.
