Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a burglary at a business in Keaau.
At approximately 2 a.m. Nov. 22, an unknown suspect entered a papaya farm warehouse on Milo Street and stole miscellaneous farm equipment items. The unknown suspect also stole gasoline from several unattended vehicles belonging to the business, according to police.
The suspect, whose image was captured on surveillance video, was wearing long pants with a hooded jacket and a baseball cap and fled the scene on an all-terrain vehicle.
Police ask anyone with any information about this case or the identity of the person in the photo to call Officer Robert Keffer at 965-2716 or the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
