Kalua Your Turkey workshop

Participants will begin preparing turkeys and the imu (pit) between 7 and 8 a.m. When turkeys are ready, they will be put into the imu, and the imu will be closed. Participants return to the Garden in the afternoon to open the imu and retrieve their kalua turkey between 3 and 5 p.m. Cost per turkey $30/$25 for Bishop Museum or Amy Greenwell Garden members.
